Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Inventory Clerk supports the company’s goals by providing an excellent customer experience through attention to detail, speed and efficiency in locating parts necessary for repairs and keeping control of the company’s inventory. The Inventory Clerk’s primary responsibility is to determine the most cost effective part(s) currently in-stock, assign them to the sales order as needed and deliver them to the technician in an expeditious manner. The Inventory Clerk builds customer trust and confidence in the company’s ability to provide a best-in-class service through their attention to detail as well as speed to locate, assign and deliver to the technician what they need to complete repairs.
